Return : Return policy
- Product may be returned within 14 days from date of the shipping note as enclosed with the order. Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the returnable period.
- Only online purchase at www.jellybunnymy.com is eligible to return for:
- Faulty or defective product, or product damaged during shipping.
- Incorrect product shipped.
- All product must be in good condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tag intact.
- All End Of Season (EOS) Items, Online credit or credit voucher and accessories cannot be returned.
- Save for product cost, the delivery cost and any other expenses are not refundable.
- If product does not meet the condition of this Return and Exchange policy, the product will be returned at your cost.
- All return shall be sent via manner that provides for tracking as we will not be held responsible for any loss or delay.
You will either receive refund of the amount paid on the website; or a discount code for use on www.jellybunnymy.com, all within 14 days from our receipt of your request on product eligible for return.
- Each order is eligible for one time return request, with no restrictions on the quantity of items that can be returned.

Product returned through JELLY BUNNY stores
1 .Return the product in good condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tag intact; together
with the receipt from our online store to any JELLY BUNNY store, all within 14 days from date of receipt.
- Our staff will check the product for return/ exchange conditions.
- Our staff will fill in the return form in the system.
- You will receive an email confirmation.

Exchange through all channel
At present, we regret to inform you that there is no exchange policy for products, either online or in store. You may however return the product via our online channel and make a new online purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
