• Are there any domestic delivery fees?

1. Free delivery cost for the order amount greater than 180 RM
2. Delivery fee 3.50 RM for the order amount less than 180 RM

• How many days would I receive the product?

Domestic delivery in Malaysia usually takes 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation for Remark: During public holidays or long holidays the products the product delivers may take a longer time than specified on the website.

• How could I check the delivery status?

You can check the delivery status in various ways

1. Click the link in the email or SMS when the purchase order is completed

• What if I am not available when products are on arrival?

You could notify the delivery staff about the date or time for your convenience of product receiving when you are contacted for delivery confirmation or you could contact our delivery team for cooperation in prior delivery CLICK HERE.

• What to do if I do not receive the product?

If you do not get contacted by the delivery staff or do not receive the products within the notified period, please kindly check with our staff CLICK HERE.
